At the October ANC 6D Business Meeting, a change of venue was announced for the November meeting. The November meeting will be held at 1100 4th Street SW, 2nd Floor conference room, NOT at the DC Water Headquarters as previously planned.

In addition, the special election for the vacant Single Member District 05 seat will be held during the regularly scheduled ANC 6D meeting on November 18th. The special election procedures are as follows:
